Monday? Already? Seriously?

Can't believe the holiday is over. Managed to drop a little of the not-eating-right-weight I've gained recently. That's nice. I'll take it. My plate of things to do is very full, but I will focus on TODAY and let tomorrow take care of itself.

The thing I loved about yesterday was getting in some bonus exercise. It's been a while since I've made the effort on Sunday.

Take good care of yourself. Be kind to others. Even on a Sunday.

    six days a week.
    I think I should set up my own drawer at the gym. I don't think I have spent this much time doing anything since I used to draw in high school. I think I am turning into a meat head.
    Great job on losing Turkey weight.

  4. I swear I posted a thoughtful, insightful, funny comment over the weekend. Ok, myabe not insight or thoughtful. On 2nd thought it wasn't very funny either...lol.

    Glad you had a great Thnkasgiving and I wouold have loved the football game! I almost tear up when they sing the National Anthem. I would have been sobbing!

    Glad you got some extra me time Sunday. I love to bike ride and listen to "Wait Wait" every Sunday morning.

  5. It's the time of year for full plates. Yikes! Like you say, one day at a time.

    Sunday is a usual workout day for me. I can't believe tomorrow is December. Where does the time go?

  6. Roxie great job getting some exercise in on a Sunday. Make sure you leave some free time to yourself though. I have gone gun hoe before and burned myself out.
